OpenbooQ sends text messages about roof estimates, inspection appointments, job scheduling and the paperwork attached to a project you have asked us about. Messages come from a member of our team or from our system on their behalf.

This is not a subscription or a newsletter. We text people who have asked us for a quote, booked an appointment, or given us their number and asked to be contacted.

You opt in by giving us your mobile number and agreeing to be contacted — on our online estimate form, on a form at your door, by texting us first, or by telling a member of our team on a call.

Consent to receive texts is never a condition of buying anything. You can get a quote and have your roof replaced without agreeing to a single message.

Message frequency varies. It depends on where your project has got to — a quote in progress means a handful of messages, a booked installation means a few more around the dates that matter.

Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for messages; your mobile carrier may, according to your plan.

Reply STOP to any message and we will stop texting that number. You will get one confirmation that it worked, and nothing after it.

You can also tell any member of our team, or email connect@openbooq.com. Stopping texts does not cancel your project, and it does not stop us reaching you about a job already booked by another means.

Reply HELP to any message, email connect@openbooq.com, or call us. A real person reads replies to our texts.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is not guaranteed, and it is not supported on every carrier or handset.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party. We do not sell contact details, and we do not pass them to lead brokers, lead resellers or data brokers.
