"We used OpenBooq on an investment property in Moraine, OH recently. I was shocked when I went on the website and within 30 minutes had a quote that was less than half of the two other quotes I had. I was pretty sure it was "too good to be true." It was so much cheaper, though, so I decided to give it a shot. I am pretty amazed at what happened next. I got great communication. I knew exactly when my materials would be ordered, delivered and when my roof would be installed. Then I received regular communication with updates and confirmation. They even called to let me know that they were expecting a delay due to weather, but they moved me to the next day to ensure it got done on time. The day of the job, I stopped by to check on things and was surprised to find the project manager, Alex, there checking to make sure everything was done properly. He got up on the roof and checked things thoroughly and even had the crew go back up and fix a couple of things. what was even more surprising was that I got a call from Alex three days after the job was done. He wanted to let me know that he was stopping by to check and make sure that the crew had cleaned everything up thoroughly. He had noted that some of the siding that we had just had installed by a different company had fallen off, and even offered to reinstall it for us at no charge. I wasn't expecting this kind of service out of the company that was charging me less than half of what my other quotes came in at. To say, I'm satisfied with their work is an absolute understatement! As a high volume Realtor in the area, I Referral roofing companies very regularly. I will trust OpenBooq moving forward. They win on price, quality and service!"
